Retail is ever changing in Sydney
Lately, I have noticed we are going back to small village community mentality.
We are again interested in the community we live in; we want to know the name of the butcher, the name of the fruiterer.
We want to know where they get their produce from, is it from Tasmania? Victoria? NSW? is it imported?
We are becoming fussier and reading the labels, we are focusing our attention of whether it is organic or mass produced.
New places like Saporium at Rosebery and The Tramshed Harold Park focusing on one stop local providers.
The New Dank Street Produce Merchants which is like walking into a Tuscan village and its providers are all housed in one place.
With other Individual outlets capturing a variety of The Fratelli Fresh and new Bel & Brio at Barrangaroo.
