Facilities Management

Oversee all aspects of building maintenance and cleaning, liaising with contractors, maintaining relationship with Lessee's, obtaining quotes and authorising works on clients behalf.

  • Reviewing building service/maintenance contracts and recommending changes when necessary
  • Screen and appoint contractors as required and prepare detailed job specifications
  • Co-ordinate written formalisation of all contracts and agreements made
  • Monitor performance of these contracts
  • Regularly inspect the building and reporting to client. 
  • Assess and advise on cost savings
  • Monitor all tenancy alterations/fitout works
  • Liaise with and obtain professional advice on any matters which might impact on the physical aspects of the property
  • Provide annual maintenance and budget report, including appropriate recommendations and management strategy for the forthcoming year
